About Manaslu Larke Pass Trek

 
Manaslu Round Trek or Manaslu Circuit Trek whichever name that you choose the trail never fails to astound you. It is probably the most commercialized and trekked restricted trekking destination after Upper Mustang. 
Trekkers are mandatorily required to do Manaslu Circuit Trek with the licensed trekking guide and in a group of 2 or more people. It is a great way to understand the culture and nature of hilly – Himalayan belts of Nepal. 
Manaslu Circuit Trek is within the Manaslu Conservation Area Project and requires the special permit from Nepal Government. Trekkers will have to take the permission from the MCAP as well as ACAP as the trail reaches the Annapurna Circuit Trek route as well. 
Trekkers will follow the Gandaki River all the way up to its source i.e. Mt. Manaslu. Suspension bridges, hilly – Himalayan community, coniferous-deciduous forests to alpine forests and unlimited wonders of Mother Nature make it the best walking trail ever. 
Terraced farmlands and the shifting vegetations are other attractions to observe during Manaslu Circuit Trek. It offers people, mountains and forests to experience in one single trip. The most enthralling and challenging portion of Manaslu Circuit Trek is the crossing of Larke La Pass. 
From the top of Larke La Pass, the scenery of mountains look spectacular. From Annapurna range to Manaslu range, one can relish the panoramic view of mountains. On the other side of the pass, trekkers will meet the Annapurna Circuit Trek trailheads. 
If you want to have the long walking holiday in Nepal you can always extend your trekking towards Thorong La Pass as well.
