About Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek - 11 days

Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek is a unique trekking package which involves a return trip by helicopter and a visit to Gokyo Lake. Some people might argue that the word luxury doesn’t comply with the Everest trip. However, it is possible. You can trek hassle-free using some of the best accommodation facilities on the Everest Base Camp Trek trail. Trek a sumptuous way to the base camp of the world’s tallest mountain Mt. Everest.

The journey of Everest Luxury Trek is similar to Everest Base Camp Trek. However, the way of lodging is different. There is a slight change in itinerary once trekkers reach the base camp. Regular trekking to Everest base camp has a Spartan way of lodging. Moreover, there is always time pressure to reach the resting camp. Instead of all these, the Everest luxury trek follows a simple and easy itinerary. Trekkers are allowed to walk at their own paces. Up until the final day, accommodation is in the top-notch facilities.

The final day of trekking is from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp. After the exploration of Everest base camp, trekkers are flown in a chopper to Gokyo Lake. The scenery of mountains from a bird's eye view is pleasing. You will get to enjoy the splendid scenery of mountains and blue turquoise lakes, and spend overnight on the shores of Gokyo Lake.

Finally, trekkers take the chopper and return back to Kathmandu. In fact, the Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek can be termed as the combo of EBC Trek and Everest Helicopter Tour. It is both adventure and luxury. Gather the precious memory of trekking while ascending to base camp. Knit the marvellous helicopter ride memory. The return flight from Gokyo to Kathmandu is probably the most scenic helicopter route ever.
